How did they get so much heart in such a Tiny package?

This week a colleague and good friend moved on to another job. I have learned something from every single person I have ever worked with but this guy is in a different league. He is driven by his passion for his work and it wasn't unusual for him to call me late at night just to shoot the breeze about roll forming. Tiny's outside the box approach to industry can best be illustrated by the new MiG welding area my department had just completed. I looked at it and saw a clean, safe and efficient work environment for production. He recognized it's value as a tool for picking at the Big 10 rivalry that festered between him and his new ex-boss.
