It's a mad mad mad mad world

For the past three weeks I have been working on this press. Not every day but the whole department has been wrenching and puttering. We've had two days off. The oil system has a new filter and breather and about 10 leaks have been fixed. The air system is also leak free as well as properly filtered, lubricated and regulated. I have gone over most of the wiring and cleaned it up, I found a few broken wires here and there (I'm not sure where they go but look forward to finding out) The machine has been updated with ease of setup and operation in mind. Except for a new coat of paint, we have done everything we planned to do. Everything works again. Today is the day the whole project was supposed to wrap up. The plan is to be running again tomorrow. The contractors hit a snag today, a big snag. The right way (the only way) to fix it will take some time. Now they won't be able to finish putting it back together until Friday. I want my life back.
