I love it when a plan comes together

The press that tore me from the bosom of my family for over three weeks is running like a dream. Not the kind of dream where you can't find your shoes and are chased by snakes. It is a shining example of how stamping should be. We will be starting on another press very soon. I just hired a couple guys with the skills and experience to bring my vision to life, maybe even improve on it. The worm is turning. Someday when there is a breakdown at my shop, they'll think calling the maintenance department is a wise thing to do.
