Ahhhhh

The big yellow thing on the blue background above looks familiar. I can't quite think what it is... Oh yes, it's the sun. It's been so freaking long since we've been able to see or feel it. That's what you get when you live in the frozen tundra. I have a sister who lives in Alaska, I can only imagine how she feels this time of the year. After I finish my lunch, I'm going to go find something to do outside so I can feel the sun on my balding head. I may clean out my car, it's looking like a doll and candy wrapper storage bin, maybe I will shovel some snow, I haven't done much of that in the last couple days. I'm sure the sun will help my mood, I have felt it clouding over all last week, in fact it seems like people at work were squabbling all over the place. On Wednesday, there was more shouting than an episode of Seinfeld. Yes I'm going to take advantage of the warmth while it's here but I'm not going to be fooled into planting corn. Winter isn't over by a damn sight. We have to finish out February then March has to come in like a lion and probably go out like a bigger lion. But April has promise, it will probably start to warm up in April. But enough of that, today is nice.

Do you still get snow on the ground up there? It's white, right? I'm having trouble remembering...

Ed, we have snow and everything, the crazy thing is, when it snows, we drive our cars on the roads.
