Mystery solved

I have a friend that buys old slides on ebay, at first you would think that's an odd thing to do but he has gotten a couple nice pictures out of the deal. One group had an old shot of Tiger Stadium that was taken from a moving car. I couldn't tell you how many times I had wished I had a fuzzy, out of focus picture of Tiger Stadium. Another time he got some vintage Nascar pictures. I enjoyed looking at them. His latest find is this picture. At first, I was puzzled by it, I thought " What sort of event could get all these people to stop milking and branding long enough to gather in this hall?" It looks like a big event that grabbed the entire community. My curiosity got the better of me and I turned to my secret CIA photo enhancing software. I thought the key to this gathering had to be in the sign that was on the open door in the center of the right hand side of the photo. The picture that was displayed above the piano could hold some clues as well. After hours in the lab, I was able to get this from the antique image. These people congregated to pay homage, it made perfect sense, so many of the men were styled similar to the person in the picture.
