
Today I ran my second 5K, the last one was last July. I've been running in the morning, about 2 miles a day. I'm not sure why I thought it would be a good idea to do that in preparation for a 3.1 mile event but I did. I finished with dignity, I finished strong and I can still use the left side of my body. I feel alive.
