There's a loophole here somewhere.

Today Bill Belichick issued a statement regarding accusations that his team stole signals from The Jets during last Sunday's game. When the investigation is completed, New England will be exonerated of all charges. Simply put, spying is allowed by The Patriot Act. Even a mediocre lawyer could make that connection. If that flies, the Washington Redskins should claim sovereignty. I don't think our idiot president knows what that means either.
